It gives me great pleasure to welcome all former BCAL colleagues and the many friends of our airline group around the world.
BCAL, the international airline, and other group companies comprising helicopter services, airmotive, hotels, and leisure operations made indelible marks on international civil aviation and the travel scene in general.
Our hallmarks in every area of activity were enterprise, innovation, and customer service. It is a legacy that clearly endures as BCAL people have moved on to other parts of our global industry, taking the ‘BCAL Spirit’ with them.
One of our greatest strengths came from remarkable levels of dedicated team-work. This website, British Caledonian - A Tribute, is clear testimony to the extraordinary bonds of professional commitment and genuine friendship forged among us.
I was privileged to help lead an outstanding team of people from the early days and am grateful for the many enduring friendships which still continue through the support of this website.
The continuance of this Tribute website would not have been possible without the excellent, tireless, and generous services provided by Dave, and by all those who visit us here. The Spirit of BCAL lives on and long may it do so.
