Ron Moffat : Load Control / Red Cap / Flight Ops Control
Sadly we learn that Ron passed away on 20th September 2025, he had been ill for some time. My sincere condolences go out to Ron's family, friends and former colleagues.
We think Ron started in load control at BUA then became a Red Cap on the ramp, then to flight ops control under Dave Slake's shift we think, BCal/British Airways until retirement with ill health.

Such sad news I've been trying to track Ron down for many years after he moved away from Poundhill, we used to go to the annual Farnham Beer festival for many years. We both lived in Caledonian House Flats in Crawley during the early BCal days. RIP buddy
