I worked with Dave in Gatwick from 1969 onwards. We had some great times back then and many great memories were made. As you know, Dave was my best man in 1982 when Thelma and I got married. However in time many of us were posted overseas and I subsequently moved to other companies and unfortunately lost touch. We did however catch up briefly when he joined Emirates in the UK and I was in Dubai. Sincere Condolences to Yvonne and family. RIP Dave.

Dave and I joined Cally at the same time, in 1968, when it went self-handling. He was always a joy to work with and I have many happy memories of just how much FUN it was way back then. I disappeared off to JFK in 1970, to become one of Alan Stronach's 'boys' and sadly I don't think I ever saw him again, but the memories are still there.
From Hugh Cowan
Dave was a joy to work with. Always had a smile and was keen to work around and problem - shiv made them all go away! A true scholar and a gentleman.
