Paula Tuffs (later Martin) : Ground Staff - Duty Receptionist
Sadly we learn that Paula has passed away, our sincere condolences to her family, friends and former colleagues. Paula worked as a duty receptionist for BCal on the ground at LGW in the early 70s, and possibly with BUA before that.
Paula had suffered from bad health for some years sadly and had Parkinson’s yet she always remained cheerful. She lost her battle on 4th January 2021.

Paula Remembered
From Dyan Humphrey
It's a very sad farewell to my beautiful friend Paula. We met way back in 1971 when we worked together on check in at LGW and we remained in touch for the next 50 years. Paula was a very special, elegant lady and had a wicked sense of humour. She was also a very loyal friend. Over the years' Paula suffered some setbacks especially with her health but she always remained positive and cheerful. I am going to miss her.
