Keith Farmer  Contracts Manager : Sales Division
Sadly we learn that Keith passed away, aged 71, on the 14th June 2020 after a long illness.  My sincere condolences go out to his partner Viv Izzard, family, friends and former colleagues.

Keith's work in Sales saw him working hard in the background to cover and control the many commercial agreements made between BCal and their trade partners. He is remembered as a true BCal man who always supported the company throughout.

After BCAL he joined Genesis as accountant for a number of years.

From Chris Gilbert
Keith was an exceptionally loyal and supportive member of the old BCAL sales division, he supported so many of us over many years. A true BCAL man. Keith will be sadly missed by the many who knew him. Rest In Peace.

From Keith Haynes: Sad news indeed. My memories of Keith was his great sense of humour and banter.  RIP Keith

From Peter Smith: Sad news, RIP Keith

From Mike Booth: Sad news, Keith did support us all. My condolences.

From Dan Brewin
Rest in peace Mr “Farmyard”... he was always full of fun and so valuable sorting out all those mysterious deals formed by Sales. A big loss.

From Phil Bowell
This is very sad news.  Keith was a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. I came across Keith during my Marketing Division training when I moved from Operations. It was during this time we both recalled we went to Thomas Bennet Secondary School in Crawley at the same time, with Scott Thompson. Small world.

From Richard Heywood
I first met him when I joined Sales in 1979. His role was vital as the “Deals Man”, who sorted out all the necessary paperwork to cover the discount arrangements we had with various tour operators and travel agents. Keith had a cheeky sense of humour and was a very popular chap who got on with everybody.

From Jeff Youtan: So sorry to learn that another one of the team has passed away. RIP Keith and sincere condolences to Viv.

From Richard Bristow
In many ways Keith was the ideal work colleague. Lots of fun, very professional with a natural charm that ensured everyone liked and respected him. Gone but not forgotten. RIP pal.

From John Rickman: So sorry to read the sad news of Keith’s passing. He was a lovely friend and colleague. RIP Keith

From David Cooper
Sad to hear of Keith’s passing. I had many dealings with him during my time in UK Sales - especially in London with the Hong Kong / Chinese arrangements. He was always so helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. RIP Keith

From Ian Haines
I'm sorry to hear that Keith has passed away. My happy memories of Keith were during the 1970s as team mates playing in the successful Wingspan Football team. A very likable chap, played left midfield, the engine room in the team, always giving support to the forward line. He gave us great encouragement, never complained, a key player of the team and enjoyed his company on tour.
