Jim Remembered
From Eddie Lord
I first flew with Jim as his co-pilot in 1979, on 1-11's and subsequently on the DC-10. My wife and I became good friends with Jim and Gill. Jim was a squadron leader in the RAF, a flying instructor, and a test pilot, consequently flying many different types in his career. Jim was extremely modest, and it was only recently I learnt of the full extent of his early flying career. Jim was a great friend who he will be missed by those who knew him and his close family, which he adored.
From Roger Warren: RIP Jim
From Fee Flee: So very sorry Fly Free Jim
From Coreen Wilcox: How sad. Rest in peace Gill and Jim
From Caron Phillips: RIP and my sincere condolences to his family and friends
