Sadly we learn that Barbara passed on the evening of 15th February 2018, she had been ill with Parkinson's.
My condolences go out to her family, friends and former colleagues at this difficult time. Barbara flew full time for BCal, then BA, before retiring in 2008.

I have known Barbara since 1984 and, as a cling-on, was one of the best Pursers (CSD) to fly with. Not only was I royally looked after but was always certain of a great fun trip. Post BA kept in touch with Barbara through Titan travel and the panto at Gatwick as well where she added a real touch of class to the VIP event which she ran and hosted. RIP Barbara will be sadly missed I am sure by all that knew you.
